《Entering the business, ordering, and paying》
・Guests will be asked to disinfect their hands and have their temperature taken. If the guest is feeling unwell or have a high temperature, we ask that they do not enter the business.
・Guests will be asked to wait in line at a certain distance when waiting their turn.
・The cash register and such will be behind a partition, and will be disinfected and cleaned.
・We request that guests follow in-door mask etiquette when entering the business, leaving their table, or speaking.
《Dining and General Operations》
・In order to avoid a high concentration of guests in a certain area, we have created space between tables and placed partitions in between them to make semi-rooms and decreased the diffusion of droplets.
・We have placed hand-sanitizer bottles near seats.
・We have not placed spices and condiments on tables.
・We ask that you do not serve drinks to others, share cups or dishes, or speak in loud voices.
・When a dish in a large platter is served, a staff member will distribute portions to each customer.
・We have lowered the volume of the music in-store.
・We have implemented infection prevention measures in the smoking area.
・We have started a take-out menu and other infection prevention measures in order to avoid close-contact between customers.
《Infection prevention measures practiced by staff》
・Staff must wear masks, avoid speaking in a loud voice, and conduct infection prevention measures such as washing hands and gargling.
・Staff will have their temperatures taken and maintain their health, and will be sent home if they have a high temperature or are feeling ill.
・A certain space will be maintained between the staff and customers when taking orders and serving dishes.
・Uniforms will be kept clean, overcrowding and too much talking will be avoided in the rest-area, and ventilation will be conducted.
《Hygiene management of buildings and facilities》
・Air purifiers will be implemented and doors will be opened to allow ventilation.
・By implementing ozone generators certified by the JAPAN OZONE ASSOCIATION, 99.99% of all airborne viruses in the space will be eliminated for 24 hours.
・We have also placed hand sanitizers inside and outside the restrooms, which are said to have high concentrations of viruses, and ask customers to flush after closing the toilet lid so that viruses will not fly out.
・We periodically disinfect the tables, chairs, and dishes with alcohol.
《Measures for when staff become infected》
・We have designated countermeasures for when staff members are found to be infected.
・Due to the necessity for preventing infection, shifts have limited staff according to the reservation status.
